Any original (taken by you) photo / video or footage purchased from Outdoor Interlaken. It must be from a trip booked with Outdoor Interlaken that captures what #getbusyliving means to you. We want your perspective, your vision, your experiences!
We’re not looking for something specific. We can offer some tips on things to consider though. Keep your lens clean, choose the best lighting, have a story in mind and try to find interesting angles. Quality is important so try and upload the highest quality photo or video you can. Here’s a great article on photography tips that may help.
You can win your money back on the trip you booked or gear you rented with Outdoor Interlaken. NOTE: if it was a group booking, we can only reimburse the individual who took the photo or video. See our terms for further details.
Outdoor Interlaken will make contact with you with directions on how to receive your compensation. We will make 3 attempts over a 60 day period to request your payment details in order to fulfill payment for your award.
No, the #getbusyliving awards are always on. You can post as many photos and videos as you like. Pro Tip: Keep it interesting and mix up your content for better chances to win!
No, you can submit, tag, post your shots and videos anytime after your trip!
Outdoor Interlaken will reach out to you via Instagram or YouTube either in the comments or via direct message. If you don’t receive a notification straight away, don’t worry, your content may still be considered. Your content will be posted by Outdoor Interlaken shortly after you have been notified.
Outdoor Interlaken will be checking Instagram and email submissions for YouTube regularly. If you have used #getbusyliving and tagged @outdoorinterlaken correctly we will see your post. If you’re still concerned, feel free to email email@example.com and give us a heads up!
NOTE: Your Instagram profile must be set to public, otherwise we won’t be able to see your post.
Outdoor Interlaken considers each piece of content carefully and evaluates who deserves to win the #getbusyliving award each week. Outdoor Interlaken’s decision is final and in some cases there may not be an award given if there aren’t any qualified posts.

We will kick things off on December 1, 2016, and there is currently no end date. The awards will be a year-round program.
Yes, anything that presents a third party in a negative way or violates local laws. We also won’t accept anything if you had to disrupt a trip to ‘get the shot’, always listen to your guides, they keep you safe. Please don’t tag any posts that are misleading, deceptive, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive. Anything that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against others will not be considered. Keep it legal and keep it fun… we’re all about the good times and positive vibes!
Yes. When you tag your posts or email your YouTube link, you’ve given Outdoor Interlaken a non-exclusive license to use your content. You still own the content. You are only sharing the rights with Outdoor Interlaken for the opportunity to get your money back and receive additional exposure for your content. There are many ways in which Outdoor Interlaken may use the content. These may include and are not limited to our own and our partner’s social media channels, websites, print material and e-newsletters.
